Identify who assigned a user a CTA

Our group leader and managers will assign CTAs to specific people. However, right now nothing in the CTA says who assigned it. Our leaders would like the end user to know they were just assigned a CTA by them and it was not an automated CTA. Another use case, we have started using CTAs for me as the admin as a way for me to track customers to add or errors received. However, I cannot reply back to say fixed or added because I don't know who sent me the CTA.

    Hi Trevor,
You should be able to use a couple fields to help with this:
Source - this will indicate how the CTA was created (Rules = rules engine, Manual = human, Activity = task created from Timeline activity)
Created by ID Name - this will show who created the CTA

Just a quick follow up note - we've added a page to our documentation that contains information on the commonly used Gainsight objects and key fields in those objects.

We call it our Object Glossary and it can be found here: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Gainsight_...

    Enjoy!
