Improve error file collection for S3

Currently the way the workflow for the S3 connector is setup is that all files once processed will be moved to the archived folder and if any system errors are present those are loaded into the error folder. 

Has there been any consideration to loading only successful uploads to the archived folder?

      Can you describe the flow you would envision for failed loads?  What about loads with failed records (vs job failure)?
