CSMs love using the tasks in a Timeline Activity to create a reminder in cockpit. They love it so much, they want even more features! CSMs report wanting a higher character limit, perhaps being able to add not just the subject, but also some content for their tasks, and also wanting to add attachments to the task directly from the Activity. Thanks for considering.

I would also add in that it'd be nice to have the ability to create forms for Timeline entries. So, instead of a big giant blank text box, there are required fields that they must fill out. For instance, requiring them to mention the PBOs that were discussed, the KPIs that were discussed, the new features discussed, etc.
More of a structured entry vs. blank text field.

I voted this up, too: https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/customer-360-meeting-agenda-builder
Hi Angela, We will definitely look into adding the other fields in Tasks(Timeline).
How often do you add attachments to the Tasks and what type of files do you add to tasks?
Timeline Templates are in our road-map,will update you once we take it up!

Right now we are uploading emails sent from outlook as pdfs to tasks once we've completed the task. Some CSM's would also like to attach agendas or documentation that we shared as an attachment to the task as well. I would say 50-75% of the tasks we are creating under an activity could have an attachment. Hope that is helpful!
I asked Lauren to respond here, this is the athenahealth, advanced segment POV.
Thanks for the detail information! We will look into it :-)
