Add in-app NPS capability to GainSight's NPS functionality

I've heard that this is a potential coming product improvement but wanted to officially request here as I couldn't find a similar improvement post.
I'd love for GainSight to implement an in-app NPS survey capability. Right now we use a separate service for that (Delighted) and will continue forward to some GainSight surveys while still using Delighted. It would be great to use GainSight for all of our NPS.

Thanks for the post. We have heard this request and it is definitely on our long term roadmap but, to be transparent, we don't have a clear date for it yet. But your input helps push it up in the backlog!

Have you explored whether Delighted can integrate directly in Gainsight? We also use Delighted for NPS and are exploring how we can integrate these two. Thanks, Alex

We also would like this, we use Delighted currently but would like to move away from them.
