Include "Contains" in URL selection

USE CASE:

Currently in PX, While mapping the features to the Product Mapper, We have to select the exact scope i.e, “URL”. 

It would be helpful to have the “Contains” option while adding the URL, it would be a very handy to have a contains option. Sometimes, It’s a bit hard to select/add the entire URL while mapping.

**Currently We have only “Is” or “Is not” options**

      The same could be accomplished by using “*keyword*” and the “IS” option, but I upvoted this as it would make it easier to understand.
