I've noticed that the Email - Sent,Open & Click report within program analytics shows total opens and not unique opens. I feel like it would be much more useful if it showed both unique opens and total opens.
Total opens seems to be skewed at times due to forwarding as well as other odd reasons.
Include unique opens in the Email - Sent,Open & Click report

+5This would very helpful for our analytics. We've seen times where an email to a single contact had several hundred total opens.
+1Absolutely agree... when the business users look at this they are confused why they see 20 opens for the same person.
