I would like to be able to add live links to certain steps in Playbooks. This would allow our team to access the necessary power point or document if the step includes a meeting or call.

This is a great idea. We'd also like to have the ability to add live links into Comments in CTAs. This way our CSMs can save meeting presentations, notes in a consolidated place for others to access.

We will keep this in mind, while enhancing functionalities in Cockpit.

It's not possible to type in an active link in CTA/Task comments today. However, there is a work-around available, if you copy the link from an active web-page. Just select "Copy" instead of "Copy Link Address," when you right click the link, and then paste it in CTA/Task comments to make a live link available in Cockpit. Works with Playbooks too.

We would love to link knowledge articles in the description of CTA that fires so the end user can follow the playbook but also use knowledge for education.

We did a enhancements recently that would hyperlink all urls in CTA comments and task description. If you entered a url in a task while defining a playbook, then the link in the task created from applying the playbook would also be hyperlinked.

Hey Sidhu - When I paste a URL directly into a playbook or the comments section of the CTA, the live rule does not display a hyperlink - just the html. Also, the comments section of the rule then generates a bunch of extra code that looks like this:

https:Please' target="_new">https:Please' target="_new">https:Please' target="_new">https:

Am I doing something wrong? I'm not adding any extra code - just the link and nothing else.
