Inline NPS question template formatting problem

With this new formatting option (or even independent of it), is there any way to control the width of the inline question in the email template?  This looks fine on preview, but stretches waaaay out when I actually send a test email.

      Hi Leanne,

      Is the email template you are using in As is Or Responsive Mode?

      One of the reasons this might happen is that the template is in responsive mode.

      Thanks for responding, but I have no idea what you're talking about.  How would I go about finding out if my email template is using As is or Responsive mode?

      Hi Leanne,

      Oops! I had attached a image which was not uploaded in my previous comment. Sorry for that.

      Please navigate to Email Template and see this option and check if the option is Responsive. If that is the case, please change it to As Is and try doing a test email and see if you are still facing this issue.

      Any chance of adding an option where the text of the email could be "responsive" while the inline survey question is "fixed"?
