Is it possible to link an object to a CTA that is already exists?

Can the associate a record to a CTA after the CTA was already initially created? Use case: a record is created in a 'churn object' in Salesforce when a risk CTA is manually created. We want to associate this churn object back to the risk CTA as a linked object. Is it possible?

      Hi Meenal,

       

      That is not possible today. Is the creation of a record in the Churn Object in Salesforce automated or done manually by the user ? Is it possible for the user to also create the record in Salesforce (via linked objects) when creating the CTA ?

      Hi Meenal,

      Thanks for sharing this. As of today, it's not possible to update linked objects to already existing CTA’s. We do have plans of extending the capabilities of the  “Call to Action” action in the rules engine and will consider adding this capability as a part of it.
