I had a CSM question if checking "Add Reply-to in Bcc" in Email Assist was working as expected because they hadn't recieved a copy of the sent email. So I looked through Email Logs in our instance trying to find logged events for contacts that were either copied on and Email Assist email or users that were bcc'd on an Email Assist send by checking the "Add Reply=To in Bcc" checkbox. I wasn't able to find either case in Email Logs, so I thought that perhaps I'm searching the wrong object or this data just isn't avaiable.



Is there somewhere where I can find logged events for contacts or users that are copied on an Email Assist send?

Currently cc or bcc emails are not logged into Email logs. We can plan to implement the same.



When an email is sent with a contact CC'ed, does this send as one thread or two?



Thanks for the response, Varun! Would be a helpful verification for admins to ensure CSMs that the emails they're sending reach the intented recipients.
