Is it possible to update the CTA page layout to allow for editing of an individual, manual scorecard measure (like 'customer relationship')?

I don't know if you could have the actual scorecard metric on it but you could do something like create a field on CTA object to capture 'Customer Relationship' (could even be a picklist) and then add it to your specific CTA Type layout.  They could populate it there and have a rule that actually sets the score to that value for CTAs that have been modified in the last x days.

Hi Elaine,

Can you explain little bit more about the use case.

- Why a CSM would like to change a measure from cockpit rather than scorecard of C360?
- What is the measure they would like to change. Should that also be configurable by the admin for each page layout?

Thanks

Hi Abhishek, Lifesize has 10 measures in their scorecard.  All are data driven except one manual score called "customer relationship".

They want the CSMs to update the manual "customer relationship" score at the time they are closing several of the CTAs that they fire.  They just want it to be 'front & center' so they remember to do it!  (They know they can add another task for the CSM to update it, but it would be much easier/less clicks if they could just update that manual measure right from the CTA layout).

Denise' suggestion would likely work -- they're just looking for the easiest solution.
