Is there an easy way to add additional information to an export of Survey Results?

Hello -

I have a survey that I want to export the data results of. I also want to add additional information on the recipients (namely, contact type from Salesforce.) Is there an easy way to do this from the survey page?

        I'd love to have "Email" as a column in the export as well
