It would be nice to have the ability to add an image of a given customer's workflow inside of the Customer 360 account page.

Gainsight does have the ability to embed a web page as a section of your C360, which might be useful in this case. Thanks for the update and the idea, Dan!  Speaking with our Gainsight Admin, I'd still like to champion the idea of having some sort of attachment/upload feature to a Success Plan, given the LOE for using the embedded page section. Although it is definitely nice to know that there is an alternative option that exists. 

Also update Success Plans- Attaching external documents with this use-case.
