It would be nice to have the ability to add an image of a given customer's workflow inside of the Customer 360 account page.

It would be nice to have the ability to add an image of a given customer's workflow for documentation purposes. 

In the image below, I have drafted this as an addition to a success plan. However, I could also see this being added as a separate tab on the left hand side of the page.

      Hi Brandon,

      Gainsight does have the ability to embed a web page as a section of your C360, which might be useful in this case. If you use an online storage platform like Box.com, that would be perfect, as we've documented how to embed a Box.com page: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Customers_and_Relationships/Examples_and_Tutoria...

        Thanks for the update and the idea, Dan!  Speaking with our Gainsight Admin, I'd still like to champion the idea of having some sort of attachment/upload feature to a Success Plan, given the LOE for using the embedded page section. Although it is definitely nice to know that there is an alternative option that exists.
