Great idea to provide a dashboard like Survey Analytics to deliver an at-a-glance view of how we are doing in the UI. In a desire to use it to benchmark our performance over time, I studied the analytics in it and have the following comments/enhancement requests:



- It includes everything that was ever run with Program (Advanced Outreach)

  it would be nice to be able to select a date range so we can do yty comparisons for example



- It includes even deleted program statistics

  by running a report from the AO Analytics table, I am able to see that the # of programs,

  the number of email sent and opens are the total of every program we ever ran including those

  from deleted AOs. I am concerned because we drive a large number of test runs before

  we go in production. The numbers from our testing impact the overall numbers here. 

  Would it not make sense to show the numbers for AOs in existence only? Or offer the choice?



- Which table does Survey Analytics use exactly? In the AO Analytics table, we are missing

   number of clicks. Instead we get a click rate and for surveys only. That's only part of the

   picture.
