I assumed that clicking the blue name of a customer in the Chrome Plugin would take me to their C360 page, as it does elsewhere in the app, but instead it just expands the entry.

I was thinking the exact thing. I would even take this one step further and have some way to access both the C360 and the activity on the actual timeline. Unless you make the activities editable from the plugin (as stated in a previous comment), then you may not need to access the actual activity.

I'm not disappointed at all, Sai. Your team made it fairly clear that we are still testing this feature, and so I expected it to not work perfectly and to even have some bugs. I love the idea and can't wait to see the improvements!
