Knowledge base is a great feature that makes it easier for visitors to find information and it looks great on desktop. Unfortunately, the experience is different if you visit the community through a mobile device. If you have more than 3 categories, users will have to scroll a lot which negatively affects the bounce rate.

To customize the cards for smaller screens, you could hide "number of categories" as well as "caption" and keep only the image + heading.
