I haven't seen this posted anywhere and frankly I'm a little surprised. There is a complete lack of ability to edit the title area of email templates and I think this needs to be corrected.
For instance; when posting the title of my company in the email title, I would like to format it so the ® symbol is correctly formatted (like it does automatically here) in superscript, but there is a complete lack of ability to do this.

I agree! There's the ability to add a token... but that's all. I think it would be really useful to be able to edit the font as well as what Mike mentioned.
