Link relationship to the associated Task, syncing with Salesforce

We are syncing our playbook tasks from CTA's to a Salesforce report. These tasks are being made from the relationship level. Currently, the report only shows the account associated with that CTA/Task. We'd like to include a link to the relationship.

      Hi Tharun,

      If requirement is to get Relationship name on the Task synced to SF, you can get this done by Task Mapping functionality.

      For that, you would need to create a Formula field on CStask object as below,


      And map this to SF field.

      We can do the same with Relationship ID as well if the same context exists in SF as well.
