Link to a non Gainsight object from Dashboards

From the Gainsight Dashboards, we pull reports on various non-GS objects.  For example, I have a report of all open cases filtered by CSM.  It would be nice to be able to click to that Case record right from the report rather than going into the 360 page and clicking on the action icon.  Having the "Action" that is available from reports on the 360 available on the reports in dashboard would be IDEAL.

      Thanks for your feedback. We've heard this requirement from other customers as well. The capability is in our medium term roadmap.

        Sumesh,

        I just wanted to +1 this idea after speaking with Apttus and learning more about the use case. They are using Milestones PM (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000003ItrEEAS) as a way of tracking projects and tasks. They have set up a great dashboard in Gainsight, but want to be able to jump directly from GS Dashboards to the Milestones PM object.

        It would be interesting to hear from any other customers who are using Milestones PM.

        I'd like to add my support to Ryan on this. Because of the lack of this feature and the lack of the ability to create dashboards that display different results based on management hierarchy we basically can't use Gainsight dashboard for most of our use cases.
