As a future enhancement request - it would be great if there was a way to link to a specific entry in timeline and then share that link via email, etc.

For example - if there is an internal conversation taking place via email that is related to a historical activity recorded in timeline, it would be nice to be able to hyperlink directly to that entry. Currently we'd have to say something like "please look at the entry on December 11, 2016 on the timeline for ACME Company"

Thanks Dan and Karl. I agree that both hyperlink of an activity and sharing(emailing) details like meeting agenda to all attendees are important.

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.14 release. Gainsight now allows users to share Timeline activities as emails with the Share via Email option, which is available for all activity types on the Timeline page.

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.

Thanks for posting!
