Make Account Name Clickable on Linked Object

It would be convenient if account lookups that are in the linked object section of cockpit had clickable hyperlinks. It shows a hyperlink in the CTA tab but not in the linked object.

      This is in our roadmap. We plan to make linked object field(name, ID, number in case object) as a hyperlink so that customer can directly jump to SFDC record from CTA detail view.

        Hi Zach,

        We do not have exact ETA on hyperlinking the linked object records but Manu has suggested a way to directly jump to SFDC account page from cockpit in this community post.

        Hi Nitisha,

        Is there an update on where this will fall in the roadmap? We are implementing the linked objects this month and that would be a huge win for the instances when a CSM needs a little more detail on the case/opportunity/etc.
