I have ran into a limit of 10 total timeline types, between custom and default. 



Is there any reason why this limit exists? In my case, even though some of the default types are inactive, they still count against the 10. Are we planning to change this?

We are exploring the right limit for the activity types based on technical limitations. Meanwhile, are you aware that Global activity types can also be used at Account and Relationship levels? So including that the limit is actually 20 and not 10. 



Do you see there is a need to increase it from the current limit of 20 (including global activity types)?
