May be helpful to have custom Summary sections for the Custom CS360 Layouts

I noticed in GonG that someone recently added CSM name in the main Summary section of the CS360.  This is likely helpful for other users, but as a CSM I'd prefer to see other data in the main Summary section.   So it may be helpful to have custom Summary sections for the Custom CS360 Layouts.

      That is the use case for multiple layouts.It is a matter of layout configuration to add relevant summary sections per layout and use it.In GonG I believe there is no difference amongst the different layouts configured.

      Can you create multiple Summary sections so that on each layout (let's say by role) that you could in theory chose 6 different metrics to show in the boxes on the Summary?  I thought we only had one Summary section available?  Thanks for the clarification.
