Please, add a feature that will show user similar questions on the step of creating a new question.
It is important because sometime people don't use search function. In this case user may start typing his question in the subject of the topic and on this step Community will show to user similar questions.
User may find out that his question is already exists and won't create the same topic. He will go to the topic and find out solution there.
