      Hi Nadav,

      Thanks for sharing this use case. We do paln to build  "Call an external API" as one of the actions via Advanced Outreach. In this case, they would be able to call external APIs linked to their SMS provider and In App Product.

      Would you be able to share more details with respect to their SMS and In App tools which they use in order for us to think about APIs and Connectors for the same? I can also connect directly with them if it is not clear at this point.
