Currently, the mobile app requires re-login after 60 days of inactivity. I understand this is hardcoded into the app. I’d like to see if the product team is open to extending that window, as we have some infrequent users who’ve become frustrated with the login process (we are Okta SSO users).
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
