Multiple success plan templates assigned to one plan

Currently if a success plan is applied via a rule with a template that has objectives and then another rule fires that has the same plan name, plan type and status but different template nothing will happen.

I worked with a customer that would like for it to add more objectives to the current success plan.

Just wanted to see what other customers or product has to say about this.
