Need a way to confirm exclusionary csv effects in AO participant list

We've discovered that when creating a participant list for an Advanced Outreach, if you are including an exclusionary CSV in the setup, you will not be able to confirm it's effectiveness until the outreach is actually published.

This makes testing extremely difficult when trying to be certain that the outreach gets to the desired recipients.

Is there anything on the roadmap for having the ability to test this prior to publishing?
