New Integration Point - Citrix ShareFile
+8Citrix, a prospect, has a product called ShareFile. It is similar to Box and other file-sharing services. They asked if it was possible for Gainsight to pull or access their data files directly from a ShareFile folder vs pushing their data files to S3. I told them that is not currently supported but would share the request with our product team for evaluation.
+4Could they just use the bulk API instead of S3?
+8Yup. Totally agree. That would bypass S3 but I believe their ask was around Gainsight grabbing the data off of a ShareFile folder vs them having to push it. I will go back and confirm their ask. Thanks, Karl!
