New Integration Point - Citrix ShareFile

Citrix, a prospect, has a product called ShareFile. It is similar to Box and other file-sharing services. They asked if it was possible for Gainsight to pull or access their data files directly from a ShareFile folder vs pushing their data files to S3. I told them that is not currently supported but would share the request with our product team for evaluation.

      Could they just use the bulk API instead of S3?

      Yup. Totally agree. That would bypass S3 but I believe their ask was around Gainsight grabbing the data off of a ShareFile folder vs them having to push it. I will go back and confirm their ask. Thanks, Karl!
