I have an enhancement request logged to me by a customer. It is to add the ability to have two
different views within the gainsight timeline : a comprehensive view to show everything and an option for a summary view so you can summarize the key events for a customer maybe a collapsible view from the original timeline where you've flagged key events.

Very interesting idea. Would they like to mark certain activities important and show only those in the summary view or should it be based on any activity attribute? What other filter options would they like to see in it?

If we could get a summary view that also includes things like "this checkbox was checked in this activity", that would be more ideal for our use case.
