We're using Gsnaps for some of our outreaches. It's really annoying when the Gnap expires and we don't find out until a client reports it to us...

It would be fantastic to create Gsnaps without an expiration date so we can keep our Gsnaps on our outreaches and not worry about it breaking.

Hi Faust,

The expiration date is customizable by both the Admin and the CSM. Admins can select the maximum number of days a Gsnap link remains active after a CSM sends a Gsnap email. By default, it is set to 60 days. CSMs can change this setting, but cannot exceed the limit set by the Admin.

But I hear ya...

Right now we have to set a calendar reminder a week or so before the expiration date so we remember to create a new one for our outreaches. So there's a workaround but very manual and prone to human error 😛 :)
