One of my CSMs asked a great question about having the ability to get a notification if someone posts a comment on their Timeline entry. This would be helpful in collaboration (without having to @mention someone). I thought this would be a great idea to suggest.


We do send notification to the Activity owner if any new comment is added to the Activity. Please check again and let us know if you are not observing this behaviour.


I get notifications if new comment is added (and not I'm not tagged)

We do send a notification to the author when someone comments on his/ her activity. Please let us know if this is not working for you.
