Any way we can make it so a notification goes out to contact support(or contact support automatically) if a match has been pending for a long time? I have seen many times when customers wait quite a long time and end up needing to reach out to support in order to fix it.

I agree with this 100% would be very helpful for some of my customers!
I can't edit this anymore since it has replies but I wanted to add that I am referring to profiles that meet all the requirements e.g. no special characters 
This is a great idea - could a tracking date/time check be integrated into the API to search for sponsors stuck in Pending, and could a downloadable CSV be provided every 2-4 weeks?



While we're talking about this how about integrating direct copy/paste interpretation between Linkedin and Gainsight. (i.e smart special character interpretation).
