Open new Window when click on Customer in Customers Tab

When clicking on a company name in the Customer Tab, can we get it to open the Customer 360 in a new tab automatically?  I know you can right click but I have been asked about this functionality quite often.  Our reps often manipulate the Customers Tab as a Lead List and opening the C360 in another tab by default would greatly improve their experience.  Gainsight functions like this when clicking on a Customer name in the Gainsight tab.

      Totally agree...Our users have mentioned this, and when I am doing diagnostics on Customer records I often forget to right click, and then am confused when the Customer list is gone.

      Thanks for posting this Ellen. The dev team at Gainsight is super interested in completing this and hence this might come out pretty soon. I will keep this post updated as we make progress.

         @Sidhu, is it possible to add this as an option to the UI settings for Customer View? There are CSM's who would like the C360 page to open in the same window.

          Is there a way to set it to launch in the same window. I have users that do not like launching all the extra tabs. This would ideally be a user specific setting.

            Is there a way to make this feature optional at the user level? This seems to be something split down the middle, so would be wonderful if we can make it optional.
