when i create a CTA of of an opportunity, how do i get it to automatically link the opportunity on the CTA? Also we should be able to link an opportunity off of the ID number and not name as names change and can be cumbersome to try and find the right naming to link.

Kiersti,

The specific thing that you want would be handled as a feature reqeust.

You could tokenize the opportunity ID into the CTA comments so they know which ID it goes with, but to be able to sync based on that ID is not available at this time.
