Option to be notified of only full rule failures, not partial failures

I'd like to see an option when scheduling a rule to be notified of only full rule failures, but not partial failures. We have a few rules (loading data to Gainsight Objects) that we know frequently have partial failures. The main one is a rule to load the most recent timeline entries into a GS Object. If the notes field is over 15,000 characters those entries won't load (typically a long email). I want to be notified if something goes wrong with the rule, but also don't want to be bothered every 2 hours (when we have this rule scheduled to run) when it's just pointing out the same few entries.
