Option to Bulk-load users before enabling slack

Hi Team, 

As of now, there is an option to select each user manually to load before we enable sally access

But there is no option to, bulk select all users to load. Request to implement this feature.

Please let us know your thoughts on this. I attached the screenshot for reference.
