I think that the ability to completely hide completed tasks from the "My CTA" view in the cockpit would be a valuable feature. Have we considered this feature at the user level? So each CSM could configure this option themselves.

Hi Marcus,

Thanks for the idea. Can you share with me the scenarios in which you would want to hide completed tasks. Is displaying which tasks have been completed in a CTA not important to get full context of the CTA.

Thanks,
Nitisha

Hi Nitisha,

From a usability perspective, it gets pretty cumbersome with large amounts of tasks per CTA. For example, when I create a CTA that has 30+ tasks, my UI is consumed by this view. I usually manage my day by the tasks themselves and would benefit from a view that shows only tasks that have not been completed. Perhaps there could be an option to collapse completed ones? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks Greg. Do you think it will help if we add a separate cockpit task view, where you are able to see all (and only tasks) and you are able to filter/ group/ sort these tasks using various attributes. This view will be similar to current cockpit view but it will be a list of all tasks instead of CTAs and these tasks will have reference to which CTA it belongs to. You can then filter this view to get only open tasks.

Do you think this direction makes sense or we should add this capability in current cockpit view only?

Thanks,
Nitisha
