Our Success and Sales leadership teams have asked for a place within GS where they could potentially collaborate on solutions for At Risk customers, but limit the visibility of the posts so that CSMs and Sales Reps wouldn't be able to view.  Is anyone doing something similar to this today?  If not, I was thinking that it might make sense to add an option to mark a timeline post as Private and then maybe only allow the people listed in Internal Contacts to view it?

    Hi Heather,

    This is a great use-case and we are working on solving it. We are working on building a permission model where you can restrict the visibility of activities. ETA to be decided.
