Hi! I use a Chrome shortcut to search search engines or search bars that I frequent. Cameron mentioned that this isn't a current possibility so he thought I should mention it here. I pull the search URL and enter that, with wildcards, into my shortcut application but Gainsight/SFDC doesn't produce any search HTML.



Heres one for your Gainsight support. The URL used is

I type /gain XYZ and then hit enter and it searches Gainsight's search engine for XYZ. Essentially, it pulls that search URL and inputs what ever I type post my command in place of the % and executes. Screenshots help here
