Right now when using real time notifications a new scheduled job is created for each succesive job based on the frequency. So if it is set to 15 mins, a separate job is created everytime which can populate the scheduled jobs area with a lot of clutter.
I understand the limitation in SFDC where you can't have a scheduled job recur under an hour but an idea came up in support to possibly thin down the clutter. Basically, instead of creating one with a new name every 15 mins, have 4 schdeuled jobs created that instead that recur on a schedule.
