Real Time Notifications coming from a user vs. OAuth User

According to this article the emails should be coming from the OAuth user:



That's not what is happening in my environment.  They are coming from one of our admins:

      Thanks for checking on this Neelam. I was like 95% sure that was the case where the emails will show as the sender the User who configures the Notification settings (or who last changed those settings).
