When a customer changes the notes on a scorecard the last modified date does not reflect this change. We understand that this last modified date only reflects when a score is changed. We have a use case the users are updating notes, but the score stays the same and is causing issues in reporting because the last modified date is only showing when the score is changed.

Hi Chris, Most of the customers will not be interested in changing the last modified date while updating the notes. What kind of reports are they generating ?
We use the scorecard comment to understand the high level view of a customer. We also use it for other reports in the company. We have to have our CSMs add the date to the comment and then I manually pull that out in Excel (I type it out for the ones that have changed which I determine by VLOOKUPS) each week...but I will be going to biweekly reports now. This comment also gets added to the risk reports for management. It would be so nice to have a date field that is visible by anyone viewing the data so they know how recent the comment is, but at the very least some back end date just on the comment that I could pull so I don't have to add that date each time.
Hi Christin,
Let me know if I understand correctly. You want to be able to report on when was the comment (of the overall score) last modified?
In the "Scorecard Fact" object the Modified Date filed gives the last time either the score was modified or the comment was modified. Does that help in building your reports?
