relationship 360 score comments

Barry proposed that we have help text even when the score is set to 0 or when it has never been changed. The picture shows the help text with comments but when 0/untouched there is nothing there.

      Hi Cameron,

      Thanks for the feedback. Currently, the help text does display when the score is set to zero...but does not show the score has never been set (or has been removed)

      The Help text is displayed in the below image when the score is 0 (since the score has already been set)



      Here the help text is not displayed because the score has not been sent even once (or not applicable anymore)


      Let me know if my understanding is correct? Also, do you think it makes sense showing the help text even in the second case ([i]since we would be showing the help text of the score corresponding to 0 and that might be misleading / showing help text for a score that is no longer applicable)?
