Relationship Health Score on Cockpit View

Currently, the "Health Score" column in the Cockpit view only displays the C360 Health Score. For Gainsight customers who are purely using the R360, it would be great for the system to be configurable - allowing C360 and/or R360 health scores to show.

      This is an interesting idea, Dave. Were you thinking of showing the Relationship score only in cases where the CTA was a Relationship CTA?

      Yes, I think that would make the most sense. For just a Relationship CTA, having an option to see both the C360 & R360 health scores would be a possible use case as well.

      I would agree with Dave.  Having the option to see both would be great!  But at the very least, should see the R360 score for a Relationship CTA.

      Hi,

      Very valid point. We are prioritising showing relationship score in relationship CTAs in winter quarter. So for account CTAs -> account score will be shown and for relationship CTAs -> relationship score will be shown.

      This Idea has already been Implemented and Health Score of Relationship will be shown against CTA in List View.
