Relationship scorecard mass edit should show comments

I've just set up a mass edit report for a relationship scorecard. Two things that I think need improving:

1) The manual scores should be clearly identified. After all, that's what the CSM is there to adjust.

2) The comments for overall score and the manual scores should be editable. I'd actually love to see the overall comments as part of the report, while the individual score comments would be viewable as a hover, and editable as part of the updating modal.

      Both the points are available.

      a. Show Comments



      b. When you hover the scorecard measure which can be edited, you can see a pencil icon(circled in blue below) which indicates the measure can be edited.
