Remove the disabled features in C360 when we update through rules.

If we disable a feature in C360 page UI then those features will be disabled and will not be entered into Custom features table. But when we set the same with rules, features are disabled but they are still displayed in C360 UI page. Can we make sure they are not displayed in C360 UI page ( Same as when we enter through C360 page).

      Not sure this is considered an enhancement; is really more of a bug in my opion as the feature behaviour should be consistent.
