Currently we can not rename the "risk" CTA type. We would like to rename it to "risk/issue" in our org.
Can you please introduce the ability to rename CTA types?

I would also love to see this enhancement. We have various reason codes set up which fall into a recurring client lifecycle cadence, others that serve as reminders for our team to perform a lifecycle activity, and still others that are considered "ad hoc" and are rule generated. It would be nice to rename CTA types in order to categorize as such from a system level.

We use Risk CTA types as a default in Zendesk. So to make it editable we will first have to change the flow of these feature.
We have that in our roadmap. ETA is not decided as of now.
