Report Builder: Add ability to export report TO a different email address than your own

Would be a nice addition to be able to optionally enter an email address to which a report csv file can be emailed.  Sometimes you just need to run a quick report and send to someone that doesn't need to be permanently added to a dashboard or anything.  I've actually forgotten to forward the email that is sent to me before, because I'm multitasking and get into something else before the email comes through.
