Hey Team,

Our Reports 2.0 feature currently does not have a great way to find "stale" reports, or ones that have not been used in a while.

We currently track "Last Modified Date" and "Created Date" but not a "Last Run Date" or similar. It would be immensely helpful when attempting to clean up the Reports Repository!

This would grant visibility into the last time that a report was viewed or opened. With that knowledge, Gainsight Admins could clean up old and unused reports more effectively.

Thanks!

Cool idea.  Thanks for that.

This is a nice idea. We have got a similar request from our own Gainsight Admin, Will Robins. I am tracking this. Will update here when we get at it.

I would love to see this on reports as well as dashboards. We have some users request specific dashboards but there is no way to see if they are actually being leveraged.

going through a review of our instance right now and so many reports were created before my time - would be great to have this last run date to know what people are still using!
